Our services

Big Click Energy provides marketing, revenue, CRM, operations, AI, web, and related business systems services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Strategy sessions and growth plans

Free strategy sessions and custom growth plans are offered for informational purposes and do not create a client relationship or obligation for either party. Recommendations are based on the information you provide.

Fees and payment

Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms are defined in each client agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due upon receipt, and third-party costs such as ad spend, software subscriptions, and licensing are the client’s responsibility.

Client responsibilities

• Provide timely access to accounts, assets, and information needed to perform the work.
• Confirm you have the rights to any content, trademarks, or data you supply to us.
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes.
• Comply with the policies of platforms used in campaigns, such as Google, Meta, and email providers.

Intellectual property

This website’s content, design, and branding belong to Big Click Energy. Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for a client transfers to that client, except for our pre-existing tools, templates, processes, and know-how, which we license for the client’s use. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform changes, budgets, and client execution. Case studies and dashboards on this site show past results and are not a guarantee of future performance.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform or receive the services, except where disclosure is required by law.

Third-party links and tools

This site may link to third-party websites and tools, such as scheduling and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Click Energy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement as described in its client agreement. Fees for work completed through the termination date remain due.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Big Click Energy is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
